Control Equipment

The Versa screen terminal will provide interface to all the finishing s
ystem
information. Functions will be provided to run the guns in both manual
and
automatic mode.
All alarm information will be provided on an alarm screen.
Booth Control Center
(1)Allen Bradley SLC5/01 system(s), with EEPROM,to control gun operatio

EEPROM provides the capacity to retain the program after battery loss o

processor replacement.
The PLC will provide the ability of the guns to cycle on/off based on p
art height
and length. Various trigger patterns can be used by adjusting a simple
parameter
set. This system has the following capabilities
a.) Up to 12 individual gun trigger point.
b.) Up to 6 photoeye input points.
c.) 1 encoder input
d.) 1 booth interlock input
