A: CNC Exchange has been in business over 50 years and we are proud to offer unparalleled customer satisfaction. We value long-term relationships with clients and take extra steps to make sure no surprises arise when buying a machine. Toward that end, we provide pictures, specifications and videos of our machines. Plus, most machines can be purchased with a 30-day repair/return privilege that provides additional peace of mind when buying. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Sales for full details of the 30-day repair/return privilege. At CNC Exchange, we want you to be happy with your purchase so you will look to us again when purchasing your next machine.

Q: Can I inspect a machine prior to purchasing?
