15 HP BUSCH R5 COMBINATION VACUUM PUMP:
•The pump is an oil sealed rotary vane direct drive style pump and is air cooled. This pump utilizes an automotive type spin-on oil filter, and offers a built-in inlet anti-suck back valve that prevents the pump from rotating backwards. The pump is coupled to a 15hp, 230/460 Volt, 60 Hz, 3 phase, TEFC motor that generates 330 CFM and 29 IN Hg (at sea level. Includes, inlet filtering, electric starter, and approximately 15 feet of vacuum hose channeled from the pump to the machine base.

PROGRAMMABLE POP UP PINS:
•Pins are machined from .75 inch thick aluminum plate and are mounted to a heavy duty shaft and rotate on double row angular contact bearings. The pins are operated via an output command from the machine control. Pin motion is created by extending/retracting air operated cylinders. Configured as a set of (3) three.

TOOLING:
•One (1) 12 HP, 3,000 to 24,000 RPM programmable variable speed HSD brand router mounted to a servo controlled Z-axis
•11-position Bar Style Automatic Tool Changer with eleven (11) ISO-30 tool holders with collets.
•Also included is a pre-set tool holder fixture and dust hood.
•Maximum tool size is 2” diameter and 3" length

AUTOMATIC TOOL LENGTH MEASUREMENT:
•Automatic system to measure tool length and enter the proper offset into the control

TOTAL AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM:
•Automatic oil lubrication
Automatically provides continuous oil lubrication to the rail bearings.
•Automatic grease lubrication for a helical rack system.
A pressurized greasing system which continuously applies lubricant with a polyurethane foam pinion using a special grease based on lithium/calcium complex with extreme pressure additives

PORTABLE HAND HELD PROGRAMMING UNIT:
•Equipped with durable 24-key steel-dome membrane keypad and LCD sunlight readable display. The unit is housed in a rugged ABS case with rubberized sure grip sides and comes with a custom holding saddle mounted to the machine control cabinet.
Programming features include:
•Direct creation of machine motions including linear, arc/circular, helical, and elliptical, and other programming functions.
•Direct feed rate override % control.
•Zero feed rate % button.
•Power feed positioning at current feed rate until button is released
•Pulse/move an axis at a set increment for fine positioning.
•Power pulse an axis for fine positioning until button is released
•Part program lines/blocks displayed.
•Scroll through part program lines/blocks to view any line.
•Current feed rate is always displayed on teach screens.
•Current pulse increment is always displayed during line/motion teach.
•Feed hold capability for controlled halting of runtime execute.

PERSONAL PAUSE FOB:
•Allows the operator to place the machine into a “Pause” condition via a remote Fob unit. The option includes a remote control pause circuit, a receiving unit, and an industrial style Fob.
208V / 240V TRANSFORMER: (Customer to specify)
Voltage input at 208 V / 240V 3 Phase, 60 HZ is converted to operate at standard 480V.
