The MP-182 "MAGAK-18" panel machine is trailer mounted and forms a 18" wide
x 2-
1/2" deep building panel from galvinized steel or prefinished coils of 26 to
24 ga. steel.
The machine is driven by a 30 HP Wisconsin gasoline engine and includes both
2-ton
payout arbor for steel coils and exit end guillotine with 50' of runout stan
ds and a limit
switch for panle measurement.
All forming rollers are hard chrome plated steel, with a drive train of #50
chain and steel
gears and all bearings are lifetime shielded ball bearing units.

The MF-280 Frame Forming machine is trailer mounted and forms the 20 ga. ste
el studs,
rafters, and truss base members used in the "MAGAK" system.
The machine unit also includes payout stands and 2 seperate sets of 1-9/32"
punch units to
selectively punch rivet holes in all main frame members. Included is 50' of
runout table s
and a limit switch for measuring the frame sections.

The MC-235 "CEE" channel machine forms the 2", 3-1/2", and 5-1/2" "CEE" used
for
structural bracing in the building trusses and longitudinal bracing in the w
alls and ceiling
of the "MAGAK" building.
The machine is powered by a 3 HP electric motor driven hydraulic pump operat
ing on
240 volts a.c.
The machine is designed for shop use.
An expandable payout arbor is used to allow the use of more than one coil si
ze to be
loaded at one time. The arbor is also adjustable from 16" diameter to 20" d
iameter.

ML-42 PANHANDLER SPECIFICATIONS
The ML-42 Panhandler assembly is powered by a portable Briggs and Stratton g
asoline
engine, hydraulic pump and tank unit. The Panhandler serves as a precision
assembly jig
for the MAGAK System's integral roof, wall, and frame assembly sets.
The ML-42 lifts assembled building sections into place precisely and hydraul
ically
utilizing a pair of 2 stage hydraulic cylinders.
The ML-42 is adjustable for 4 different building widths between 24' and 42'
and 2 wall
heights of 10 and 12 feet.
