MAYFRAN CONTINUOUS CHIP / COOLANT PROCESSING SYSTEM

This custom Chip Processing System consists of six (6) basic components
(1) Universal Chip Hopper 29"W x 49"L x 16"H
(2) Motorized steel belt conveyor10"W x 22' (est.)
(3) Hopper / motorized auger
(4) Mayfran C-2 continuous chip / coolant separator, 24" x 24" hoppe
r, 3 HP, capacity
of 80 cubic feet per hour
(5) Chip discharge chute
(6) Oil discharge piping
This system was designed with idea of saving labor and recovering a m
aximum amount
of coolant and chips, the operator dumps the oily chips into the hopp
er, the conveyor
raises the chips to the hopper/motorized auger, the auger feeds the c
hips into the
continuous spinner to separate coolant from chips.
