gear box, saddle way wipers. Rebuilt Bijur lubricating system and Trabon gr
ease system. Rebuilt
saddle drive system gear box, rack and pinion, bearings, seals. Rebuilt con
veyor drive system gear
boxes, chains, sprocket. Scraped and flaked all way surfaces. Repaired all
guards and fabricated on a
new guard. Installed new magnetic control system - parts supplied by Wand T
ool Company, Inc.
Rebuilt magnetic chuck, installed new brushes. Installed two new coolant pu
mps supplied by Wand
Tool Company, Inc. and piping. Reworked machine control unit with new switc
hes. Body work and
painted. Assembled Machine completely, lubricated all points, and test ran.
Supplied new leveling
pads, bolts, nuts. Leveled machine and tested for operating directions and
rotations.
