Mayfran's Reclamet continuous automatic chip processing system is the
ideal answer to handling loose chips, strings, and bushy chips contaminat
ed
with coolants and cutting oils. Reclamet not only recovers valuable
coolants and cutting oils, but puts scrap value back into your chips by
making them attractive to recyclers. Rugged, flexible Reclamet systems
process from 200 - 10,000 lbs./hr.
A. The Reclamet system offers optional loading configurations. This vers
ion
uses a pivot dumper. It elevates chip carts from floor level and dumps c
ontents
into the feed hopper.
B. A screw feeder meters chips into the system.
C. The low-speed, high-torque shredder breaks up clumps and stringy chips
D. Rotary parts separator sorts out and discharges bar ends.
E. The powerful wringer dries chips by spinning them in excess of 600 G's
against a wedge wire screen. Fluid drains into an attached tank.
F. Dry chips are pneumatically transported to holding bins by air flow cr
eated by the
wringer.
G. Recovered fluids are collected for further separation of fines prior t
o
salvage or reuse.
