Screw Conveyor
Batch processing is possible by allowing chips to accumulate in receivi

hopper while screw conveyor delivers a positive metered feed over a wid

Shredder
Low speed, high torque operation shreds bushy and stringy material to a
consistent process size. Automatic reversing allows parts, bar ends an

tooling to pass directly to separator.
Parts Separator
A high percentage of parts, bar ends and tooling are recoverd from chip
s before
processing.
Chip Wringer
30 inch continuous design provides maximum efficiency and reliablility
in
oil recovery, reducing oil cost, waste and environmental problems. The
result
is the dryest, cleanest chips possible.
Pneumatic Discharge
Dry chips are conveyed from the wringer through the plant to holding co
ntainers
remotely located from the system. Dry chip pneumatic conveying force i
s created
by the chip wringer; no additional blowers or compressors are required.
Cyclone
Cyclone with swivel chute allows for positioning and filing of multiple
containers
for continuous system operation. Manual operation standard, mechanical
operation
available.
Oil Collection Tank
Acts as primary filter by allowing recovered oil to accumulate while se
diment
settles to tank bottom.
Electric Controls
Fully programable controller provides sequential start up, inter-lock s
afety
features and component status monitoring.
