Mayfran's Reclamet continuous automatic chip processing system is the
ideal answer to handing loose chips, strings, and bushy chips contaminate

with coolants and cutting oils. Reclamet not only recovers valuable
coolants and cutting oils, but puts scrap value back into your chips by
making them attractive to recyclers. Rugged, flexible Reclamet systems
process from 200 to 10,000 lbs/hr.
A. The Reclamet system offers optional loading configurations. This vers
ion
uses a highlift dumper to minimize floor space. It elevates chip carts f
rom
floor level and dumps contents into the feed hopper.
B. A screw feeder meters chips into the system.
C. The low-speed, high-torque shredder breaks up clumps and stringy chips
.
D. Rotary parts separator sorts out and discharges bar ends.
E. The powerful wringer dries chips by spinning them in excess of 600 G's
against a wedge wire screen. Fluid drains into an attached tank.
F. Dry chips are pneumatically transported to holding bins by air flow cr
eated
by the wringer.
G. Recovered fluids are collected for further separation of fines prior
to
salvage or reuse.
