A. The Reclamet system offers optional loading configurations. This ver
sion uses a high-lift
dumper to minimize floor space. It elevates chip carts from floor level
and dumps contents into
the feed hopper.
B. A screw feeder meters chips into the system.
C. The low-speed, high-torque shredder breaks up clumps and stringy chip
s.
D. Rotary parts separator sorts out and discharges bar ends.
E. The powerful wringer dries chips by spinning them in excess of 600 G'
s against a wedge wire
screen. Fluid drains into an attached tank.
F. Dry chips are pneumatically transported to holding bins by air flow c
reated by the wringer.
G. Recovered fluids are collected for further separation of fines prior
to salvage or reuse.
