Jobs on machine bed Cleaning, dismantle and check-up of all single
parts; refurbishing of the guides on bed, feed and top slide; we
will work on the guides by scraping, and others, so they will
properly and tightly work against each other, and thus technical life
and accuracy of all needed parts are extended; furthermore device fo
r
protection against oil leaks and pollution, where necessary; repair o
f
all clamping and retaining units, renew if necessary; guideways will
refurbished and covered with special plastics; threads are repaired
metric only.
Gear box Fitting and adjusting to the machine bed guides; V-belts to b
e
exchanged; integration of a frequency converter for infinitely speed
variation within the gages, controlled by the Memory Control System.
Main spindle Check-up for horizontal and frontal accuracy; check-up of
the bearing housings, new bearings if necessary...against extra charg
e.
Tailstock Check-up and test of the tailstock, check-up of accuracy
according to the centre axis of the machine, correction if necessary;
grinding, chrome cover, finishing of the tailstock piston; honing of
tailstock housing; mounting of the piston; scraping of the tailstock
housing's ground for tailstock's adjusting to the centre axis of the
main spindle.
Turret station There is a double roller option only, together with fur
ther
rollers on working attachments, mounted on top of the gear box (BAE)

at the machine bed (KA), this will be integrated into the control

Centering device Cleaning, check-up, refurbish if necessary, integrate
