SEPARATION DYNAMICS EXTRAN ULTRA FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The EXTRAN Recycling System (ERS) is designed to clean and recycle your
parts wash fluid (water) and extend the life of the cleaning solution. Th
is
system continuously removes oils and particulate from the washing fluid an
d
returns the filtered solution to the wash tank for re-use. The ERS automa
tically
draws fluids from the wash bath and processes it through a series of filte
rs
and coalescers to removes free oil and solids. this pre-filtration is the
n
followed by Separation Dynamic's proprietary cellulose membrane, which sep
arates the
emulsified oils from the cleaning solution. The system is designed to ach
ieve
maximum benefit to the wash bath by operating 24 hours a day, 7 days per w

Module Description
The core technology of the EXTRAN Recycling System is the proprietary EXTR
AN
membrane module. This module is made up of thousands of cellulose hollow
fibers, bundled together and encapsulated in a CPVC jacket. These fibers
are
designed to separate emulsified oils from the washing solution and return
water and soluble components of the cleaning solution back to the wash bat
h.
Unlike many other membrane systems, there is no cleaning regimen or
back-flushing required to maintain the EXTRAN membrane module.
