TYPICAL OPERATING CYCLE
1) Operator removes finished coils and loads empty bobbins on
twelve spindles
2) Operator depresses dual palm buttons
3) The machine completes wrapping the last terminal
4) The wire guides are moved to a position where the wires
will be cleared by the indexing spindles
5) The tailstock opens
6) Since the operator has already depressed the dual palm
buttons, the spindles index 180 degrees and the tailstock
closes.
7) The wire guides move to a position to wrap the first
terminal
8) The first terminal is wrapped. At this point, the operator
may begin removing the finished coils.
9) The wire guides move to a position for winding
10) The spindles are released and the first windings are wound
11) Upon completion of the winding, the spindles are clamped
12) The wire guides move to position to wrap the second terminal
13) The second terminal is wrapped
14) Repeat steps 9 through 13, inclusive, until all of the
required windings have been completed.
15) Repeat cycle beginning with step 1
