SMALL FEEDER TABLE ASSEMBLY WITH LIGHT CURTAINS
Standard Murata work feeder table with interface cables, Model WF14L-160

WORK LOCATION CONFIRMATION SENDING-ONE SIDE
Work location confirmation sensing includes all wiring, solenoids, and special switches
installed to the machine to verify that the workpiece has properly seated on the chuck
locating surface. This options monitors the air pressure created when the
workpiece is seated in the chuck. If the part is incorrectly seated, an alarm
signal is sent to the machine and the gantry will try to reseat the part or
remove the part to the NG chute.
WORK CLAMP CONFIRMATION-ONE SIDE
Work clamp confirmation includes switches and bracket to verify that the drawbar
stroke for clamp to unclamp has occurred.
TOOLSETTERS
Automatic tool setter to allow for automatic setting of tool geometry after
changing instead of manual tool touch off. Includes hardware and software for
both spindles.

EDMUNDS GAGE WITH INTEGRATED PARK MAKER
The gage will check the 29.995-0.007/-0.020 Outside diameter in 2 places
the 48.2+0.3/-0 Outside diameter in 1 place, and feed back to the machine
Feedback will include offset for taper. The Murata gantry will load the part
in the gage. After gaging, the integrated part marker will mark each good part
on the periphery of the flange with Julian Date Code and Serial Number.
NG parts will not be marked. The Murata gantry will place the good parts on the
output conveyor. NG parts will be placed in the Murata NG Chute.
