DESCRIPTION
The Electro Deburring Oscillating Screener receives media and
parts directly from the Vibratory Finishing Machine, hoist
pan, or other source. And by way of the oscillating motion
of the screener, separates the parts from the media through
the use of a predetermined media screen. The parts then
travel to the end of the screener and into a holding pan or
onto a conveyor. The media falls through the media screen
onto the classifying screen, which will separate the fines
(metal chips and undersize media) from the media. The fines
and any water are then removed through a fines chute located
on the side of the Screener-Separator. After being separated
from the parts and the fines are removed, the media travels
down the screener deck to the media discharge chute to be
loaded into hoist pans or onto a media return conveyor to be
stored or used again in a vibratory finishing machine or
system.

MEDIA CONVEYOR
DESCRIPTION
The Electro Deburring Media return conveyor is designed to
accept media from the vibrating screener and transfer it back
to the vibratory tub or to a storage hopper. The belt is
cleated laterally and longitudinally. The belt is constructed
of P.V.C. and has woven polyester carcass. The conveyor
incorporates a roller bed with rollers on 9" centers. The
conveyor frame has a cleanout drawer with drain fitting and
a belt scraper. The head pulley is crowned and lagged. The
tail pulley is crowned. Both pulleys are adjustable for
tracking and takeup of the belt. The belt is driven through
a worm gear reducer which is mounted on the drive pulley
shaft.
