40' GENESIS CNC 3 STATION TWIN ROBOTIC TRACK WELDING CELL WITH BOOM ROTATORS

This cell combines two robotic welders that can work simultaneously on a 40' part or
independently. Robot 1 can work on either of the headstock/tailstock Rotary Tables, or swing
around to work on the 40' Station. Robot 2 can only work on the 40' station. in 2013, both
Robots were upgraded and integrated into the one cell system at of a cost of $200,000.
Approximate replacement cost of this unit today is $750,000.
