Marposs Model E-14 CNC control with the following features
Step and shoulder grinding - any combination of up to 40 diameters
or shoulders machined in a single setup. Cycles up to 4 different
workpieces can be programmed and stored separately.
Menu-selection programming - subprogram menus for eight different
cycles, usable single or combined for plunge and traverse grinding,
together with many other features to meet todays production
requirements.
Dialogue system - An outstanding user-friendly system makes
programming easy to learn and to use.
Wheel dressing - straight, side and profile wheel dressing from
the table slide, with tailstock mounted diamond dressers. Automatic,
programmed dressing including radii and chamfers, with a 2 degree
clearance angle each side of wheel. Roller, copying and radius
dressing devices for production machines also available.
Three plunge infeed speeds - for rough, find and super fine grinding.
Extra possibilities for intermediate and final sparkout.
