(besides high quality & profile accuracies) also, a short machining
time in order to fulfill the high piece numbers per time unit required
by industry.
The machine conception PW3.065 offers the possibility to load & unload
automatically parallel with the machining use as well as to polish machin

workpieces in a further step & therefore to keep on a high level and desi

end quality of the product to be manufactured.
A 3-spindle workpiece drive can grant this job in one chucking, where as
after
every machining step the workpiece is continued to be clocked by 120 Deg.

The whirling unit is located on a cross slide traversable in a horizontal

vertical axis & exactly moveable on hardened & ground guide ways.
A pneumatically inslewable polishing drive does the trimming & the surfac

is positioned manually.
