Liquid ring, single stage pump.
Normal capacity 500 ACFM @ 20" HgV
Max vacuum 27" HgV.
230/460 V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, TEFC motor. The amp required @ 230 Volt = 94; the amps required @ 460 Volt = 47 amps.
Monoblock assembly for direct drive, no field alignment needed. Pump mode TRSC 100-700. Pump materials include cast iron housing, ductile iron impeller and stainless steel shaft. Shaft seals are carbon face with viton elastomers. Sealing fluid re-circulating system includes reservoir of carbon steel with fluid level gauge and drain, high efficiency discharge separator and over sized heat exchange. High temp switch to protect against over temp operation, complete with charge of Dynalube fluid. Suction line accessories include inlet check valve, vacuum gauge, inlet filter assembly, manual unload valve, and vacuum relief valve. Heat exchange is air cooler type made from aluminum and extended surface fins.
