PowerStrip 9500 Automatic Cut and Strip Machine
The PowerStrip 9500 is designed as a highly productive system component that incorporates
the patented Schleuniger multiple blade cutterhead. The PowerStrip 9500 can process
stranded wire up to 4 AWG (21 mm2), solid wire up to 10 AWG (5.26 mm2), and cable up to
0.55" (14 mm) O.D. The PowerStrip 9500 is also well suited for extended stripping lengths
and tough insulation materials.
The unit's versatility allows the processing of a wide variety of cables including:
discrete wire, zip cord, flat ribbon, and multiconductor cable to name a few.
The unique blade system permits the simultaneous use of several blade pairs such as Vblades, radius V-blades, die blades, custom wire stripping blades, as well as slitting blades
and forming tools thereby offering nearly unlimited stripping capabilities.

An example includes: 1) Cutting the cable with universal blades; 2) Changing position; 3)
Stripping the outer jacket with radius V-blades; 4) Changing position; 5) Axial slitting of the
cable for immediate windows
The modular design of the PowerStrip 9500 allows the machine to accept two easily
interchangeable transport systems of the traction belt or roller type.
The PowerStrip 9500 has a clearly laid out graphic display panel that shows the wire being
processed and its pre-programmed parameters. The machine settings for all popular standard
wires are pre-programmed and can be easily selected on demand. For non- standard
applications, the menu-type user interface permits the individual programming of all
parameters.
