DOUBLE END CNC MACHINING CENTER DESIGNED FOR END

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

This machine was designed to work both ends of printing press
rolls simultaneously. The machine is made up of two Pratt &
Whitney Horizon V CNC horizontal machining centers with 15
position automatic tool changers on one common base. The
machine is capable of drilling, reaming, boring, tapping,
facing, milling and other operations.
The machine has an approximate capacity of 72" maximum length
by 12" Maximum diameter part. There are four steady rest type
clamping fixtures to support the work piece during machining
operations.
The machine also comes with a large compliment of tooling
which was used with the machine, spare parts, and support
documentation.
