GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The Electrovert Series H-501 Hydro-Cleaner is an advanced p
rinted circuit board
cleaning system. Its modular construction allows you to tailor the
system to your own
specific requirements - from general cleaning to the highest indust
ry standards.
The basic functions of the H-501 System are transporting, c
leaning, rinsing,
wiping, and drying. Transportation of the PCB is supplied by a sta
inless steel wire chain
running through the entire system.
Should your requirements change in the future, the present
modules may be
resequenced and additional modules economically incorporated into t
he system. Multiple
modules may be used to increase production, increase cleanliness, a
nd shorten drying time
of the PCB.
The series H-501 cleaner is constructed of high quality mat
erials. The lower
frames are made of epoxy painted steel. All wetted surfaces, plumb
ing, pumps, and
discharge nozzles are stainless steel.

ergents or neutralizers.

Two (2) Coherent Jet (JIC) spray manifolds washing wi
th 10 spray
bars - over the conveyor and 10 spray bars - under th
