Mill auxiliary equipment, entry and exit coil cars, overwinding entry
reel, entry bridle,
roll coolant spray bars and controls, underwinding rewind reel, horizo
ntal beltwrapper,
motor operated mechanical screwdowns, and hydraulic systems. Mill and
reel motors are
supplied by new solid state AC/DC SCR converters, isolation transforme
rs and controls,
the main drive has a 600 volt DC supply and each reel has its own 500
volt DC supply.
Operation spares include one complete set of work roll chocks with b
earing. One
complete
set of work roll bearings in boxes. Seven sets of work rolls.
Line has been used in reducing aluminum for one side bright product.

Contoured roll, this mill is achieving a 40% reduction per pass on alu
minum which is
typically 20,000 PSI material.
NOTE This mill has just been removed from service. Product production on
this mill were one
side bright sheet, mill finish and preferred mill finish.
