Plates enter vertically at approximately a 20 degree angle on motoriz

conveyors, plates get descaled (blasted) by 3 heads on each side.
The
power conveyors take the plate out of the machine still at an angle
of
approximately 20 degrees onto a hydraulic downlayer that is approxi
mately
20' long. The sheet is now laying down flat with both top and bott
om
side descaled (blasted).
