The Bryant LL1 CNC Grinder is the smallest model in the Lectraline se
ries of machines.
This precision machine is designed especially for high product
ion grinding of
miniature parts from 0.04" to 1.5" diameter.
Many conventional arrangements of slides and tooling are available.
Each provides the
capability to grind substantially any type of workpart configu
ration. Straight,
tapered, and contoured bores and OD's; internal and external f
aces, backfaces, and
complex forms may all be ground - as many as a dozen in a sing
le chucking. This
feature not only insures concentricity and squareness, but sig
nificantly reduces
production time as well. Such flexibility helps optimize prec
ision and
performance, resulting in electro-mechanical excellence previo
usly unknown in the
grinding field.
Bryant Teachable II CNC reflects a significant advancement in grinder
control systems.
It provides flexibility for all grind process parameters, yet
requires minimal
operator training.
