SHEFFIELD UNIVERSAL SUPER JET GRINDING WHEEL CLEANER

The Super Jet Wheel Cleaner oscillates a jet stream of coolant
at extremely high
pressure back and forth across the face of the grinding wheel. The tr
emendous pressure
blasts loose and knocks off the metal and swarf before they become imb
edded or welded
to the wheel, and before that portion of the wheel again contacts the
part.
Coolant is forced into the wheel, penetrating and filling the i
nterstices or voids.
It is then thrown out by centrifugal force in the grinding zone. As a
result, wheel
lubrication is full and constant, grinding is quicker, cooler and clea
ner.
Model 5663 is a 7-1/2 HP three nozzle unit for a maximum of 6"
width grinding
wheel capacity. The 7-1/2 HP unit can be used for 1, 2 or 3 jet opera
tion.
