� Mitsubishi Touch Screen PLC Menu Driven Control System.
� Heavily ribbed box-type base is made ofMeehanite castings, providing excellent rigidity to ensure machine stability.
� Sturdy rigid-designed workhead is electronically controlled giving variable spindle speeds ranging from 25-350RPM. Workhead swivels 90�CCW to 30�CW for various grinding operations. A dual oil seal and cover prevents coolant seepage into the workhead.
� Cartridge type wheel spindle is equipped with four super precision angular contact class 7 (ABEC) bearingi; incorporated with IO HP spindle motor ensure high accuracy.
� One V and one flat hand-scraped guideways are Turcite coated and incorporated with an
� automa1ic lubrication system.
� Throu! l the use of a ballscrew and servo motor smooth movement delivering longer life, superior positioning accuracy and repeatability of the wheelhead is assured,
