Base unit originally built 1988; Great shape! Rebuilt in 2021 with $39k in new Fixture Assembly, Drive Shaft Assembly, Hone Tool Assembly and Filtration System. Available immediately. Louis Allis adjustable frequency installed. When the Louis Allis was installed, control panel was completely re-wired at that time too.

DRIVE SHAFT ASSY:
Drive shaft assembly to connect hone tool
assembly to machine spindle. Includes two
(2) driver ends, tube assembly and two (2)
universal block assemblies. Assembled
complete.

hone tool assembly complete with tool
body, cone, expansion plates, pull pins,

FILTRATION SYSTEM:
Model DTE-100 coolant filtration system
arranged with strainer bed, coolant (79
gallons) and slurry tank (12 gallons) with
drain connection, 23” inlet height, 25
micron clarity filter fabric, low level fluid
indication and electrical equipment
including CE box with switches, contactors
and relays for coolant pump. Flow rate
with “neat” honing oil is 13 GPM. Includes
two (2) fifty-five (55) gallon drums of
honing oil specific to honing aluminum
